Fish 1 kg
Ghee 250 grams
Garlic 125 grams
Spinach 2 kg
Onion 125 grams
Salt, red pepper to taste
Method:
Boil the spinach and grind it. Leave the fish after rubbing salt, red pepper and garlic over it for 3 hours. Then take it out after frying it in frying pan or deep frying pan. Fry the spices with the spinach and water in the same ghee. Cook it slightly and leave the fish pieces to heat , Curry will be prepared with in 20 minutes.
